AIRE Ancient Baths is a network of luxury spas inspired by ancient bathing traditions from around the world. They maintain a variety of thermal pools, steam rooms, and relaxation areas. But what makes AIRE Ancient Baths unique is their atmosphere reminiscent of historic greek & ottoman style bathhouses. They incorporate historic architecture into their spas creating an atmosphere gone back in time.
Muñoz Engineering and Land Surveying, DPC, was contracted as a prime consultant to provide construction management services on two spa build-outs, providing direct on-site supervision of architects, engineers, and construction trades, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and numerous specialty firms that helped create a unique and luxurious space dedicated to relaxation.
